Dragonite – MG Studios: MG Studios has announced pre-orders for their latest creation. From the Pokémon series, we have Dragonite in available in 1/20 and 1/8 dual proportions. The portrayal of its chubby expression is quite amusing!
This temperamental Dragonite with crossed arms is inspired by the plot of the new “Dragon Battle! Ash vs. Iris!!” from the Unova series. Iris’s Dragonite looks fierce and fully lives up to its title of “Little Tyrant.”
In the battle, Iris’s Dragonite repeatedly uses “Dragon Dive,” leaving Ash’s Dragonite helpless.
Meanwhile, the agitated expression of this Dragonite comes from the animation “Power Battle! Iris vs. Cilan!!,” a showdown between two generations of Pokémon female protagonists. Comparing it to the animated screenshot, the expression of Dragonite is remarkably accurate.
Due to its bulky physique, this model doesn’t have a base and can only be stabilized with a transparent support block placed behind its tail.
Compared to the compact 1/20 scale, we feel that the larger 1/8 scale, with a height of 27.5 cm, better showcases the fierceness and dominance of Iris’s Dragonite!
You wouldn’t like Dragonite when it’s angry, but who wouldn’t want this figure in their collection? We certainly would want one of these! If you’re a fan of Pokémon, this figure is a must have!
