Asuka Langley – Max Factory
Asuka Langley – Max Factory: Max Factory’s PLAMAX assembly series has released a “EVA New Theatrical Edition” test suit version of Asuka. The prototype of this work is based on MF’s own 2011 version of the figurine, and it can reproduce the charming charm of Asuka from the original work with simple assembly!
This Asuka figure is 20 centimeters tall and features a relatively rare test suit version in terms of design. The combination of a lively and lightweight girl’s appearance and a casual expression is very appealing.
The test suit worn by Asuka has rich details and visually accentuates her tall figure. It is made using multicolor molding technology, so there is no need for painting. You can achieve a maximum resemblance to the character’s appearance with simple assembly.
The face sculpting with decal technology is naturally vivid, and the details of her red hair strands are well-crafted. The assembly joints are hardly noticeable.
From the perspective of the back, Asuka’s shapely buttocks are even more charming against the contrasting two-tone test suit. The glossiness of the curved lines of her buttocks is stunning, and it looks great when displayed alongside Bandai’s assembled Asuka.
