Chun-Li – Max Factory: Max Factory will release a 1/6 scale figure of a Street Fighter favorite. Hailing from China, it is Chun-Li, the renowned martial artist from the Interpol organization, set to be released later this year!
Chun-Li, an iconic figure in the “Street Fighter” series, is known as a representative of female fighters. Her classic oriental beauty combined with powerful leg techniques creates a striking visual impact, making her a favorite among players. Signature moves include “Hyakuretsukyaku” (also known as Lightning Kick), “Spinning Bird Kick,” and “Kikoken,” establishing her as one of CAPCOM’s flagship characters.
The 1/6 scale figure of Chun-Li released by Max Factory is based on an original illustration by CAPCOM’s character designer “Akira Yasuda” (pen name AKIMAN), created for a 2022 collaboration event with Fukuoka City’s pharmacy “Momochihama Chozai Yakkyoku.” The figure is a physical realization of this illustration.
Standing approximately 27 cm tall (including the base), Chun-Li is depicted with an uncharacteristically gentle and graceful expression, sitting elegantly on a concrete block with legs crossed, resting her face on her hand, and looking to the side. This serene pose almost makes one forget she is a fierce warrior. The intricate patterns on her clothing and the detailed sculpting of her toned legs are faithfully reproduced.
