Extreme Ride Mode Activated! Catwoman + Drifter Motorcycle Plastic Model Kit by JiangHunJi
Straight from the streets of Gotham and now in model kit form, Catwoman & Drifter Motorcycle is the latest release in the DC Global Series. Officially licensed by Yuanye Culture and supported in design by JiangHunJi, this marks the first-ever poseable plastic model kit of DC’s Catwoman. The figure is a reimagined version inspired by The Dark Knight Trilogy, with a fresh, stylized twist. Let’s take a closer look!
Packaging & Contents
All components post-assembly give a sense of solid volume.
The box features a side profile of Catwoman, and in the background, her iconic silhouette riding the Drifter Motorcycle in a rainy Gotham night. The box size is consistent with other JiangHunJi products.
The instruction manual cover mirrors the box art. The kit includes metal screws, aluminum wire, and silver foil stickers for extra detailing.
Swappable faceplates (4 pre-painted, 4 blank) and tires are separately packaged. The PVC tires are around 2 cm wide and 1 cm thick, and feel substantial in the hand.
Interestingly, around 90% of the runners are pre-painted in shades of metallic iron and black, with many using hidden gate molding. Despite the extensive paint, fitment is tight and solid.
Catwoman
The figure stands around 18 cm tall, with a bodysuit covered entirely in dual-tone metallic paint, adding depth and a sleek, fitted silhouette. Inspired by the Nolan Trilogy version of Catwoman, this redesign adds clear anime-style detailing. Her longer legs appear to be optimized for her riding pose, slightly stretching the body proportions.
In a side-by-side comparison with JiangHunJi’s Wonder Woman & Golden Eagle Armor kits, Catwoman’s legs really steal the spotlight—long and powerful.
Her bodysuit features multiple sculpted folds and wrinkles, creating a realistic tight-fit look. The silver belt buckles add extra pop.
Some blue transparent parts glow under UV light, adding a high-tech edge.
Unique to this version, she includes a poseable wire tail and twin mount points on her back. The tail is aluminum-based, allowing repeated bending without damage.
Her visor comes in two styles—matte black and gunmetal—and can be swapped out along with her fringe. Without the visor, each faceplate gives a very different expression, and the default smirk is especially well done.
The joints are standard for model girl kits, made from durable POM plastic, offering good tension and pose-holding. Her long legs enhance the overall silhouette and pose presence.
Her neck joint allows a high upward tilt, useful for riding poses, and her back hair tips can be folded outward for extra flexibility.
A typical JiangHunJi-style shoulder pullout joint is present, giving enhanced articulation for arm poses.
Includes four interchangeable hands and two small bat-winged daggers, but oddly no claw or whip hands, which are signature to Catwoman.
To support the riding pose, the kit includes an optional “extra curvy hip” part, though you’ll need foil stickers for the silver belt detailing.
When not posed on the motorcycle, swapping in the alternate hip part gives her a noticeably more seductive stance—let’s just say, the view from behind becomes… dangerously irresistible.
She can ride the motorcycle even without the special hip part, though the fit is slightly less cohesive. Once mounted, her long legs feel more proportional.
Drifter Motorcycle
The Drifter Motorcycle measures 35.5 cm from cannon to tail. Nearly all parts are pre-painted. The design takes cues from The Dark Knight Trilogy, but features reinforced armor plates and wider race-style tires for a bulkier, more aggressive feel.
The side of the bike includes detailed engine, rivet, and axle sculpting.
Tire treads are accurately molded, and mudguards on both ends are adjustable.
The bike frame includes pivot joints, allowing for side-leaning poses like in the movies.
Under metallic multi-tone paint, brake discs and hydraulic rods are impressively crisp—easy to forget this is a model kit.
The front mini cannons are removable.
The dashboard details inside the front of the bike are recreated using stickers. For those with experience in lighting mods, it’s also a great spot to consider adding LEDs for an extra touch of realism.
The handlebars are articulated, and even include separately molded brake levers—a rare level of detail.
The rear section of the bike can be lifted upward.
The footpeg sections are equipped with movable joints as well, allowing for flexible adjustments to match various riding poses.
From her razor-sharp curves to the gleaming Drifter Motorcycle, this kit is a joy for both builders and DC fans alike. Stylish, poseable, and full of surprises, it brings Gotham’s fiercest feline to life in plastic—get ready to ride in with attitude.
