To say Donquixote Doflamingo had an unhappy childhood is quite an understatement. Once living a happy with his wealthy family with the World Nobles, they were forced into poverty after his father renounced his title with them. The family lived in a deplorable household and had to eat from garbage cans. Donquixote’s mother eventually dies from illness and was severely beaten by the angry World Nobles. Blaming his father for their misfortunes, Donquixote would kill him at the age of 10 and become a pirate soon after. He would become a notorious pirate from thereon, taking position as captain of the Donquixote Pirates and acquiring the codename, “Joker.”
Even though he has a small body, you can see the overwhelming aura just from his appearance. Despite being arrogant and overbearing, he doesn’t have the annoying vibe of a typical brat.
The fifth installment of the Childhood Series has a very lonely atmosphere in its setting. The small body of a child, a bandaged head, and the gun held in his hand. Born with the aura of a king!
