Rei Ayanami – FanArt Studio: FanArt Studio has introduced a new offering for Evangelion fans. This time, they have released the pilot for the Evanglion-Unit 00, Rei Ayanami following their popular Asuka figure. It comes in both Standard and Deluxe versions, both of which include a light-up cryo-sleep pod, while the Deluxe version offers an additional four interchangeable head sculpts, allowing for multiple display options!
The Standard version comes with one anime-style head sculpt for Rei Ayanami, capturing her expressive, graceful demeanor and iconic pose perfectly. It also includes a cryo-sleep pod with a nude Rei figure inside. The pod is crafted in transparent material and equipped with internal lighting.
The Deluxe version adds an eye-patched head sculpt for Rei, and an additional realistic-style head sculpt, totaling four interchangeable heads. This version also includes a seated nude pose, in addition to the seated plug suit pose and the cryo-sleep pod, offering three unique display options that can be shown together.
The plug suit on this Rei Ayanami statue is highly detailed with a refined texture and white lacquer finish that gives it depth and dimension. To say the least, it’s one of the most impressive Rei figures we’ve seen so far!
To pair with the seated nude figure, a fabric kimono is included, giving Rei an even more distinctive look when worn.
