Mikasa Ackerman – Chikara Studio: Chikara Studio is known for their incredible lineup of Attack on Titan figures. With such care and attention to detail to put in their figures, it’s no surprise that many of their figures have become incredibly popular with many fans. Who knows what other amazing figures they will make next! This time, we will be taking a look at their most recent addition in the Attack on Titan series, Mikasa Ackerman!
Mikasa Ackerman is the adoptive of Eren Yaeger, the protagonist of the series. Her backstory is tragic to say the least. When she was 9, both of her parents were killed by her would-be kidnappers. As fate would have it, Eren Yaeger came to the rescue of Mikasa, both of them killing the kidnappers. It is at this moment that Mikasa would eventually see the world as being merciless and bleak. Through it all, however, she would also share a strong bond with Eren (much to his chagrin), something that would eventually be her motivation to not give up, even through difficult times.
When taking a look at this figure, we can see how much care Chikara Studios put in with not only the design of Mikasa, but her personality as well. The Mikasa figure is perfectly proportioned, reflecting her anime very well. From the facial features to her body proportions, it’s all there to behold! Of course, we should also talk about her gloomy expression, something reflects her personality in the series.
Compared to other Attack on Titans by Chikara Studios, this one has a more simplistic design. Nevertheless, the little things on it adds quite a bit of charm. Along with the knife she’s holding, we can see Mikasa’s scarf that was given to her by Eren, which gives it a real nice attention to detail. Speaking of Eren, this figure also comes included with a Mini Eren figure as a titan!
Overall, Chikara Studios has hit another homerun for their Attack on Titan series. This is one that fans of the character or series should keep an eye on!
